Melanie Leguizamon
Melanie is a NASM-certified personal trainer with over 5 years of experience working with clients of all ages.
Her approach is grounded in current research on exercise, cognition, and neurological health. As a PhD candidate in Clinical Psychology at the University of Southern California, she integrates evidence-based principles into each program to ensure training is both safe and effective.
She has experience working with individuals with Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease, stroke recovery, and other neurological conditions across clinical and fitness settings.
Melanie’s goal is to help clients move with confidence, build strength, maintain independence, and improve quality of life through safe, individualized personal training.
